Fingerling Potatoes
We grow two types of Fingerling Potatoes. The first is the Purple Peruvian. This fingerling potato has a deep purple skin that matches its inner violet flesh, but the flesh can also be somewhat opaque or marbled. Purple Peruvian fingerling potatoes have a unique and appealing flavor. Purple Peruvian fingerling potatoes are best suited for cooked applications such as roasting, braising, boiling, baking, and frying. The other type is the Austrian Crescent. It has a smooth, yellow-tan skin and light yellow flesh. They are excellent for salads or delicious simply boiled or steamed. So yummy, they will become your favorite potatoes!
